Sadly my husband ended up in hospital before we actually started the employment of the Candle Flame Care agency, but we had interviewed them and had been really impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and genuine care exhibited. My husband was clearly suffering from mental health issues in addition to long term Parkinson's but nothing had phased Candle Flame Care and I signed a contract with them, delighted that we had found people who clearly understood the situation and were well on top of strategies to deal with his illness and exhibited genuine interest and care.

As stated, he went into hospital shortly afterwards. Candle Flame Care cancelled the contract without charge but kept occasional contact with me checking up on me as much as my husband. I really appreciated the very genuine concern and love of what they did that was exhibited.
